Website analytics
The Google tag file for G-VQD60KCGJ7 loads with measurement disabled until you accept it. Analytics measurement and cookies remain off until a visitor accepts them via Cookie settings. No advertising cookies are set. IP anonymization is active.
Details in a cleaning request
The form asks for your email, Bristol postcode, surface, timing and a description; approximate area is optional. The first part of the postcode is enough. These details are used to review the job, search for a possible cleaner and contact you about that request. There is no marketing sign-up, photo upload, account or payment field.
Sharing with a cleaner
We will ask your permission before sharing your contact details with a named potential cleaner. The initial search can use a general job description without your email or exact address. Permission to introduce you is separate from permission for marketing. A cleaner receiving your details must explain their own use of them.
Storage, legal basis and retention
Hosting and edge routing are provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (data centres in Germany, EU) and Cloudflare Inc. Request submissions are stored securely in dedicated infrastructure. Lawful basis: processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interests in operating an introduction service. Retention: request records are kept for up to 12 months for service records and then deleted.
Your information and choices
You can ask to stop a search at any time by emailing hello@localanyday.com. Rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection under UK GDPR. Stopping a search does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained for compliance.
