Terms for LocalAnyDay guides and free introduction requests. Understand service scope, independent contractor agreements, and user responsibilities.
Our role
LocalAnyDay is an independent introduction service. We help you look for a service provider; any quote, booking and contract for the work is agreed directly with that provider.
Your request
The first request workflow covers driveway and patio cleaning in Bristol. Sending a request is free and does not reserve a visit or oblige you to hire. We search after your enquiry; a cleaner or quotation may not be available. We do not promise a number of quotes or a response deadline.
An introduction and your choice
We will ask your permission before sharing your contact details with a named potential cleaner. If an introduction is possible, check the provider’s identity, relevant experience and insurance, and agree the scope, total price, dates and payment terms directly. We do not certify providers or insure their work.
Stopping a search or raising a concern
You can ask us to stop the search using the contact details on the Contact page and your reference. If an introduction has already happened, stopping our search does not cancel a separate agreement with the provider. Raise concerns about our introduction service with us; discuss issues with the work with the provider, without limiting any rights or remedies you may otherwise have.
Responsibility and your rights
The independent provider is responsible for the work under your agreement with them. LocalAnyDay remains responsible for its own service and conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Purpose of the guides
The guides help readers prepare questions and compare the scope of proposals. They are general information, not an inspection, quotation or recommendation for a specific property.
